Thanks to Brandon and Elizabeth for taking care of my claim! They maximized the amount of value I was able to get for my claim, which made me feel like they were on my side, fighting for me and my best interests. I'm very pleased with not only my new roof installation, but with the additional repairs done to my fence, patio cover, window screens, gutters, etc...; and with the quality workmanship of the subcontractors assigned to my case, who were professional and did a great job with final cleanup upon completion. Couldn't recommend Priority Roofing more!

After a very bad hail storm, we contact priority roofing to help us replace our roof. I recommend priority roofing completely. I worked with John and he was the best. Helped make sure we understood the whole process from start to finish and communicated with us consistently through the whole project. We did a full roof replace and he even walked us through attic ventilation and we were able to redo our attic ventilation for a low cost which will drastically help reduce heat in Texas summers up there. I’ve had a great experience with Priority Roofing. My Priority agent, Jackie Gilstrap, was very knowledgeable and proactive. She managed the entire process - interfacing with the insurance company, the roofing workers, and Priority’s office. Didn’t even have to report the damage to the insurance company - Jackie did it all! The whole process was hassle-free and relatively stress-free. Jackie gave detailed answers to all my questions and provided information to guide me in any decisions I needed to make. She kept me informed at every stage of the roof replacement. She’s very good at communicating and following through to resolve issues quickly. I’m pleased with the end result. We had another hailstorm a few weeks after our roof was replaced, and the new roof held up well (no damage).

Came early removed and replaced roof in 1 day. Cleaned up old roofing materials. Very professional. Roof looks great.
